BABY MASSAGE

Wednesday 5 April at 10.30 am to 12 noon.

Tricia Young is a retired health visitor, registered with the NMC until 2019. She plans to start a weekly baby massage class at Middleham Key Centre from 5 April. All mums or dads are welcome with babies from 6 weeks to 8 months old.  Please bring a changing mat and towel.  This class is ideal for first time parents, a chance to meet other parents with their babies

Cost per week - £3.50.

Middleham residents can pick up an RDC green box, blue  bag  and green  garden waste bags from The Key Centre. Green boxes and blue bags are free of  charge. Green garden waste bags are £2.30 a roll.

If you need a clear out of books after Christmas bring them to our Book Swap.  Feel free to pop in and browse, to borrow books free of charge or to bring good quality books to be enjoyed by others.  We have a good selection of adult and children's fiction, non- fiction If you don't have a book to swap a donation of 50p would be gratefully received.

The Six Dales Trail (A 38 mile walk from Otley to Middleham)

The Six Dales Trail runs through some of the most beautiful, yet little - known countryside in the Yorkshire Dales, in Northern England. The trail starts in Otley, 12 miles northwest of Leeds, and heads north, for 38 miles to Middleham, traversing the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty along its way, and taking the walker into 6 dales, each with its own distinctive character: £5.99

'T' IN THE AFTERNOON: Every Wednesday afternoon at 2.00pm - 3.30pm for tea, biscuits and chat.  All welcome, bring any craft or just chat. Gentlemen are welcome too!
