DMG Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering - We are not currently running this course, but will update this message when they re-start.
A one day course covering Food Safety Terminology;  Law & Good Practice; Management and Hazards.  Temperature Monitoring - chilled, frozen,cooking, hot holding, reheating.  Personal hygiene.  Safe food.  Storage, cleaning & disinfection.  Food premises and equipment. Allergens.  Pest control.

It will soon be a legal requirement for food businesses in England to display their food hazard rating awards and it will be a requirement of the legislation that 'all foodhandlers must receive food hygiene training, commensurate with their work activities'.  

This course will help food businesses meet that legal requirement.

This one-day course offers the opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge to take charge of an illness or injury occurring in the work-place.  The certificate is for a 3 year period.
